Remember when you talked about the weather it meant you had nothing else to talk about? To talk about the weather marked you as truly uninspired, or at the very least uninteresting? We've sure had a lot of rain. It might snow tomorrow. Driest summer on record, the price of wheat will be affected, and so on.

Now to talk about the weather is a sign of your intelligence. Now you talk about the weather as if there's nothing else to talk about. What if it never rained again? What if it rained all the time?
