Reading a poem out loud

When someone says to me, 'o, that's so beautiful' after I've read them something I've written, I don't know what to say. It's like having my head down on my desk and looking up suddenly to see the morning sun looking at me so intently that I cannot see.

I hope someday to write a book where the sun comes up on every page, that when in that moment the reader turns the page to the next page it feels like the sun is going down.
