So Edward Snowden wants to come home, if he can get a fair trial.

In a speech before Congress, newly-elected US President Benjamin Netanyahu indicated a unwillingness to meet with Snowden, and Secretary of State John Kerry has been quoted as saying that Snowden should come back to the US and face the consequences of his decision, "like a man."

But what's a man? Burke seemed to have the answer, though he was often misunderstood during his time and misinterpreted thereafter.
