Trump Tower as Authoritarian Project

The monster is on the loose! His nose is growing out of his hair!

The project on Fifth Avenue in New York City that bears his name has certain dimensions from the bottom up and the top down—this can’t be denied as it most recently fulfilled its promise, not as world-class architecture per se but as a symbol for so many people of hope, courage, a better life, not captivity but freedom, and always a step or two ahead of the law, smarter and with more money, backed by a legal team of young, talented multi-nationals.

If you look up at the tower from the street you might find yourself falling from a great height, having once fled an overcrowded elevator, feeling claustrophobic. Once you’ve reached the top floor the party’s on, but when you look around at your comrades there you might actually feel as if you’ve fallen twice.

It hurts to fall, and not once but twice! A bounce-back replacement theory is in the works, soon to be signed by Confederate and Union dignitaries.
