New Painting w/ codpiece
Man is the only animal able to go through the eye of a needle, as it turns out.
Man is able to perform this miracle through his language, which has given him permission to squeeze into spaces heretofore inaccessible to other creatures both great and small and, at long last, to enter that phase of life where he no longer feels it necessary to talk about his mother or father and all the troubles they left behind.
At this juncture a kind of grace is conferred and a man finds himself filling up space with the beauty of his past mistakes, responsible only to the color of silence, which is incapable of telling a lie.
