Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose
Walking on Geary last evening, first east & then west, so wonderful! A little boy, maybe 4 or 5, dressed in a proper school outfit (Catholic?) and wearing eyeglasses, walking along with his mom, a blonde who kept reaching for him to take her hand, which he didn't at first and then did (she'd kept it beside him so he'd finally notice). I thought, kid you don't know how lucky you are to have a mother who loves you and then I thought, maybe he does know.
A sign on a shop window between 23rd and 24th: be back in 10 minutes.
Everyone, everyone looked beautiful to me, and I could see everyone seeing everyone else as beautiful.
