Hydrate, and die

Conscience is a little door left open somewhere between your heart and your brain that bangs just enough to keep you awake when you'd prefer to be asleep. To have a conscience and to act under its influence is to be in the center of the universe; even your shadow will come forward to congratulate you.

The point of politics is to do together what can't be done apart. The right thing to do is the right thing to do, and no one can steal it or harm another in the doing.

The poison in Flint, Michigan is more poisonous than the water. It's man-made, conscienceless, and politically reprehensible. Perpetrators should suffer the full consequences of the law, then sentenced to drink the contaminated water they fed the citizens of Flint, Michigan for the rest of their lives.
