Language centered poetry
Writing that's writing never gets old, whether you read it at 5 a.m. or 5 p.m.
Painting ages far differently than writing. Painting disintegrates with time, being a physical entity.
Some artists feast on absence, rather than presence, whether they write or paint.
For writing there is no frontier; for painting the next frontier is plastic.
There's something known in writing as, language centered poetry.
Language centered poetry is as indifferent to writing as sound centered music is to music or art centered art is to painting. It's the use of words to describe nothing at all.
The best that can be said about language centered poetry is that while it's not writing it is made of words.
