Poetry room at City Lights

When I say, "there's now at least one poem for every person in the world," you agree.

But when I say, "the trouble with the world is that there are too many people in it," you take exception.

I guess you either don't understand that I'm saying the same thing in each statement, or else I haven't made myself clear about what it is I'm trying to say.
