The second printing of The Aphasia Cafe by Dawn McGuire arrived yesterday, and the book's available from Small Press Distribution in Berkeley. You can order it on-line from the link on the IF SF website.

Almost as good as the book itself is the talk and reading Dr. McGuire gave at Prairie Lights bookstore in Iowa this June.
